tilr is an mobile application which connects people with on demand jobs. Part of the on-boarding for new users is 10 minute phone call to determine how to best match applications with jobs. This project was a redesign of the phone interview process from a user perspective, as well as working with the customer service to streamline this process. It allows users to schedule a call, or immediately connect with a tilr representative. It then allows them to track their progress through the onboarding process. This phone call represents a main pain point and drop off for users. The main focus of this redesign was how to allow users to track their progress and educate them on the simplicity and importance of completing their call. Illustrations are used to illustrate the process, as well as give an identity to the reminders, so the user has a consistent understanding of the process.
